Ingredients
- 1 lbs. ground beef (or ground meat of your choice)
- 1 bag pre-shredded coleslaw mix (can sub for 3 cups finely chopped cabbage and shredded carrots)
- 1/4 cup broth (beef, chicken or vegetarian)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 TBS soy sauce or to taste (Can sub for low-sodium soy sauce)
- 3 garlic cloves, finely minced (can sub with 3 tsp garlic powder or to taste)
- 2 TBS fresh grated ginger (can sub with 1 TBS ground ginger or to taste)
- 1 tsp granulated onion.
- 1/2 tsp pepper or to taste
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tsp Chinese five spice
- green onions, chopped, for serving
- 1 TBS oil for frying (I use avocado oil)
- 1 egg, beaten
