Instructions
PREHEAT AIR FRYER:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F.
PREP PRIME RIB:
- Spread the butter all over the outside of the prime rib. Pour the Worcestershire sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Rub the horseradish, chives, and garlic all over the top and sides.
AIR FRY:
- Place the prime rib into the air fryer basket or base dish and air fry for about 15 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 315 degrees and continue cooking for another 40-50 minutes, or until the meat registers 130 degrees F (for medium) on an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the roast—***See different cooking temperatures in the notes below.
REST THE PRIME RIB ROAST:
- Remove the roast from the air fryer and allow it to rest for 20 minutes.
SERVE:
- Slice the prime rib and serve
