Instructions
- To make this recipe cut the cherry tomatoes in quarters. Take a bowl and mix a teaspoon of olive oil, the Italian seasoning, tomatoes, salt, and pepper
- If you own an Air Fryer grill pan it is great to use in this recipe. Else use a cake pan or a pizza pan to keep your Air Fryer bucket clean
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 240℉/115℃ for 3 minutes. Put the tomatoes in a single layer on the grill pan
- Cook for 45 minutes or until the cherry tomatoes have the desired doneness. Check the tomatoes every 10 minutes to see if they are done
- The bigger the tomatoes the longer it takes for them to dehydrate. They contain more juice so they will stay juicier longer
- This affects the cooking time. Extend if you want your tomatoes dryer
- Take a glass bowl and add olive oil and an additional teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Use silicon tongs to remove the tomatoes and put them in a glass jar
