Air Fryer Sun Dried Tomatoes

Instructions

 

  1. To make this recipe cut the cherry tomatoes in quarters. Take a bowl and mix a teaspoon of olive oil, the Italian seasoning, tomatoes, salt, and pepper
  2. If you own an Air Fryer grill pan it is great to use in this recipe. Else use a cake pan or a pizza pan to keep your Air Fryer bucket clean
  3. Preheat your Air Fryer to 240℉/115℃ for 3 minutes. Put the tomatoes in a single layer on the grill pan
  4. Cook for 45 minutes or until the cherry tomatoes have the desired doneness. Check the tomatoes every 10 minutes to see if they are done
  5. The bigger the tomatoes the longer it takes for them to dehydrate. They contain more juice so they will stay juicier longer
  6. This affects the cooking time. Extend if you want your tomatoes dryer
  7. Take a glass bowl and add olive oil and an additional teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  8. Use silicon tongs to remove the tomatoes and put them in a glass jar
